1、·1080·ChineseJReparativeandReconstructiveSurgery,2006,Vol20(11)胸腰椎骨質(zhì)疏松性骨折自固化磷酸鈣骨水泥椎體成形的實驗研究1122施俊武胡艇池永龍郭曉山【摘要】目的探討自固化磷酸鈣骨水泥(calciumphosphatecement,CPC)注射椎體成形術(shù)后對胸腰椎骨質(zhì)疏松性骨折椎體的力學影響。方法自愿捐贈的4具甲醛固定的老年尸體,取胸腰椎骨質(zhì)疏松標本,平均年齡69歲,男、女各2具。每具標本隨機取6個椎體,制備24個單椎體標本,建立前屈方向加載單椎體骨折模型。將CPC粉末與固化液以21
2、5g∶1ml調(diào)和制備CPC骨水泥,對骨折標本行CPC成形強化,每個椎體注射CPC約4ml。分別進行骨折前、成形后屈曲壓縮力學檢測。結(jié)果骨質(zhì)疏松椎體標本骨折前最大載荷為1954±46N,位移長度為5160±0170mm,剛度為349±18N?mm;骨折間隙CPC填塞成形后最大載荷為2285±34N,位移為5135±0160mm,剛度為427±10N?mm,各指標骨折前和成形后比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0105)。CPC加強成形后單椎體的承載能力強度較骨折前提高16192%,剛度較骨折前提高22131%。結(jié)論椎體內(nèi)注射CPC能明顯恢復骨質(zhì)疏松骨折
