2、物質(zhì)能研究中心篩選的高效中溫稻稈降解復合系LZF一12為研究對象,在35℃、靜置培養(yǎng)條件下利用間歇試驗,研究尿素、雞糞及蛋白胨不同氮源對高效稻桿降解復合茵系LZF一12發(fā)酵性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,濃度0.5%(雞糞+紅糖)為氮源的試驗組在發(fā)酵終止時稻草分解率可達74%,發(fā)酵液的液相末端產(chǎn)物以乙酸為主,乙酸濃度占VFA總濃度90%,有利于提高后續(xù)產(chǎn)甲烷相微生物的產(chǎn)氣效率和產(chǎn)氣能力。雞糞替代蛋白胨,作為一種廉價的粗氮源,來源廣泛且易于獲取,可降低稻桿原料降解消化生產(chǎn)沼氣的發(fā)酵成本。關(guān)鍵詞:復合茵系;氮源;稻稈降解
