1、實(shí)用口腔醫(yī)學(xué)雜志(JPractStomato1)2014Jan,30(1)·53·2種脫敏劑對(duì)牙本質(zhì)表面微結(jié)構(gòu)及聚羧酸鋅水門(mén)汀剪切強(qiáng)度的影響張玉潔梁銳英吳文慧徐艷麗【摘要】目的:評(píng)價(jià)2種脫敏劑對(duì)牙本質(zhì)表面微結(jié)構(gòu)及聚羧酸鋅水門(mén)汀粘接劑剪切強(qiáng)度的影響。方法:將36顆離體前磨牙用圓柱形模具包埋在自凝樹(shù)脂中,使頰面暴露。高速手機(jī)去除頰面釉質(zhì),并用水砂紙流水下磨平。將36顆離體牙用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表分為3組(n=12):A組樣本為對(duì)照不作處理,B組樣本用氟保護(hù)漆,c組樣本用Oravive,按操作要求涂布牙本質(zhì)表面后,每組隨機(jī)選取3個(gè)
2、樣本進(jìn)行電鏡觀察,其余用聚羧酸鋅水門(mén)汀粘接劑粘接直徑4mm、厚為2mm的鈷鉻合金試件,進(jìn)行剪切試驗(yàn),體視顯微鏡下觀察離斷面類(lèi)型。結(jié)果1掃描電鏡觀察顯示脫敏后的牙本質(zhì)小管口有不同程度的微粒阻塞物。剪切強(qiáng)度(MPa)測(cè)試A、B、C組分別為:3.986±0.374、3.6464-0.236和4.674±0.426;A組與B組比較P>0.05,A組、B組分別與C組比較P<0.05。離斷面類(lèi)型多為粘接劑內(nèi)聚破壞。結(jié)論:在本實(shí)驗(yàn)條件下,氟保護(hù)漆對(duì)聚羧酸鋅水門(mén)汀的剪切強(qiáng)度無(wú)明顯影響;Oravive能增強(qiáng)聚羧酸鋅水門(mén)汀的剪切強(qiáng)度。
