2、分值之間的相關(guān)模型。結(jié)果表明,利用PCA方法提取特征變量的效果好于利用逐步回歸法。基于主成分分析法提取的特征變量,分別建立特征變量與感官評分之間的PLS和BP—ANN模型對綠茶湯色品質(zhì)進(jìn)行預(yù)測,其準(zhǔn)確度可靠,但BP~ANN模型性能好于PLS模型。用BP—ANN模型對預(yù)測集樣本進(jìn)行測試時,預(yù)測集中各樣本的預(yù)測值與實測值間相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.816,預(yù)測均方根誤差為2.505。可見,利用色差儀結(jié)合BP—ANN方法能有效表征綠茶湯色品質(zhì)。關(guān)鍵詞:綠茶;茶湯湯色;感官評價;特征提??;BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)法中圖分類號:T
