1、經(jīng)皮椎體后凸成形術(shù)治療骨質(zhì)疏松椎體壓縮性骨折的護(hù)理體會(huì)［摘要］目的探討經(jīng)皮椎體后凸成形術(shù)(卩KP)治療骨質(zhì)疏松椎體壓縮性骨折的護(hù)理措施。方法對(duì)浙江省臺(tái)州市黃巖中醫(yī)院口2010年1月?2012年12月收治的86例骨質(zhì)疏松椎體壓縮性骨折患者實(shí)行PKP治療。比較護(hù)理前后患者的視覺模擬評(píng)分法(VAS)評(píng)分、Barthel指數(shù)、光距尺燈(0DI).椎體變高程度、Cobb角度等各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)。結(jié)果手術(shù)護(hù)理前，VAS評(píng)分為(&1土1.5)分，Barthel指數(shù)為(52?0±4.2),0DI為(73.4±5.1),椎體前部變高(
2、22.1±3.5)mm,椎體中部變高(23.2土3.8)mm,Cobb角度為(19.3±2.4)°o手術(shù)護(hù)理后，VAS評(píng)分為(1?9±0.3)分,Barthel指數(shù)為(83.2±6.4),0D［為(22?3土2?9),椎體前部變高(23.8±2.7)mm,椎體中部變高(24.0土2.1)mm,Cobb角度為(12.7±3.3)°?；颊呤中g(shù)護(hù)理前后在VAS評(píng)分、Barthel指數(shù)、ODT、椎體變高程度、Cobb角度等各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)的比較上，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(均P<0.05)o結(jié)論合理有效的護(hù)理是PKP治療骨質(zhì)疏松
