1、改良三點式重瞼治療上瞼皮膚松弛［摘要］目的：探索治療上瞼皮膚松弛的新方法。方法：459例重瞼，其中A組96例采用傳統(tǒng)重瞼手術方式，B組63例患者采用改良三點式重瞼術單純切除上瞼皮膚松弛部分，完全保留眼輪匝肌，于重瞼線內(nèi)中外三點處各切開眼輪匝肌約2mmo于肌肉切口下去除瞼板前組織，該三點處連瞼板縫合皮膚，其余皮膚間斷縫合。結(jié)果：A組96例患者重瞼形態(tài)滿意，術后6例患者術后出現(xiàn)切口瘢痕增生及重瞼形態(tài)不滿意等并發(fā)癥，再次修復后形態(tài)滿意，術后恢復時間（3±0.3）月。B組63例患者重瞼形態(tài)滿意，2例患者術后2個月時出現(xiàn)重瞼消失，再次修復后形態(tài)
