2、年的長(zhǎng)豇豆土壤為對(duì)象,研究了不同來(lái)源的有機(jī)肥料對(duì)長(zhǎng)豇豆連作土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)、速效養(yǎng)分含量及土壤酶活性的影響。結(jié)果表明,在收獲后施用雞糞、豬糞為主的有機(jī)肥的土壤有機(jī)質(zhì)含量、土壤有效N、P、K含量顯著高于施用海產(chǎn)品殘?jiān)袡C(jī)肥的;施用化肥的土壤有效N、P、K含量顯著高于施用有機(jī)肥的。不同有機(jī)肥處理均提高了土壤pH值,而硫酸鉀型復(fù)合肥處理使土壤pH值降低。土壤酶活性分析結(jié)果表明,在長(zhǎng)豇豆的各生育期內(nèi),不同肥源有機(jī)肥處理均提高了土壤過(guò)氧化氫酶、脲酶、多酚氧化酶和蔗糖酶的活性,而化肥處理降低了土壤酶活性。在長(zhǎng)豇豆采摘盛期,土壤酶活性最高,各處理間
