2、對芍藥切花(品種為春曉)花徑、觀花期與K、Ca抖、Mg含量的變化。結果表明:GA100mg/L可以使芍藥切花最大花徑最長,為16.1cm;CCC200mg/L盛花期天數(shù)最長,為5.6d;瓶插壽命以PP。。。200mg/L最長,為12.3d。不同植物生長調節(jié)劑下芍藥切花瓶插期間花瓣的K、Ca抖、Mg抖含量均是先升后降。PP200mg/L處理的芍藥切花第7天時K、Mg抖的含量均達到最高,分別為1.69rag/LDW、1.86mg/LDW,在第13天時切花存活且Ca抖含量未顯著降低;其他處理中,適宜濃度的GA、青霉素、PP、B。、CCC可有效減緩無機離子K、Ca、Mg含量的降低。PP。。
