1、虛擬團(tuán)隊(duì)信任影響因素實(shí)證研究虛擬團(tuán)隊(duì)信任影響因素實(shí)證研究宋源(上海政法學(xué)院,上海201701)摘要:虛擬團(tuán)隊(duì)的信任是人力資源管理與組織行為學(xué)領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)重要研究課題。相比較對(duì)傳統(tǒng)面對(duì)面團(tuán)隊(duì)信任影響因素的大量研究,虛擬團(tuán)隊(duì)信任影響因素的研究尤其是實(shí)證方面的研究相對(duì)較少。本文在對(duì)虛擬團(tuán)隊(duì)產(chǎn)生背景、虛擬團(tuán)隊(duì)信任及其影響因素研究現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上,整合個(gè)體、團(tuán)隊(duì)及組織三大層面,綜合分析影響虛擬團(tuán)隊(duì)信任的個(gè)體特征(正直、能力、善意、信任傾向)、團(tuán)隊(duì)特征(領(lǐng)導(dǎo)有效性、目標(biāo)明確性、任務(wù)依賴性、成員異質(zhì)性)、組織特征(組織制度保障性、組織愿景)三層面十大因素,構(gòu)建了虛擬
2、團(tuán)隊(duì)信任影響因素的研究框架,進(jìn)而提出相應(yīng)的研究假設(shè)。通過(guò)選取實(shí)際企業(yè)中的虛擬團(tuán)隊(duì)為研究樣本,驗(yàn)證這些因素對(duì)虛擬團(tuán)隊(duì)信任的影響。經(jīng)實(shí)證研究發(fā)現(xiàn),正直、能力、善意、信任傾向、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)有效性、目標(biāo)明確性、任務(wù)依賴性、組織制度保障性、組織愿景均正向影響虛擬團(tuán)隊(duì)信任,而成員異質(zhì)性則并非如先前所假設(shè)的那樣成為虛擬團(tuán)隊(duì)信任的影響因素。關(guān)鍵詞:虛擬團(tuán)隊(duì);團(tuán)隊(duì)信任;人力資源;組織行為中圖分類號(hào):F272.92文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1004—292X(2010)05-0081—05TheEmpiricalResearchonInfluencingFactorsofVirt
