1、J98備案號:DL中華人民共和國電力行業(yè)標準DL/T734一2000火力發(fā)電廠鍋爐汽包焊接修復技術導則Tech吐cal廁dsofweldi此代pairforboilerdrominf(裕51卜6六月powerPlants2000一11一03發(fā)布2001一01一01實施中華人民共和國國家經(jīng)濟貿(mào)易委員會發(fā)布DL/f734一2000前言本標準是根據(jù)原電力工業(yè)部1994年電力行業(yè)標準計劃項目(技綜【1994」42號)的安排而制定的。在我國在役電站鍋爐汽包中,發(fā)現(xiàn)主焊縫、接管座焊縫存在超標缺陷,及運行中有的缺陷發(fā)生擴展的情況,汽包筒體也易發(fā)生腐蝕
2、、局部疲勞損傷的情況。為了確保在役電站鍋爐的安全運行,國內(nèi)曾對幾十臺鍋爐汽包進行過焊接修復,積累了一定經(jīng)驗。本標準是依據(jù)19%年(電力工業(yè)鍋爐壓力容器監(jiān)察規(guī)程》,參照1982年(鍋爐汽包缺陷檢查處理的暫行規(guī)定)和1983年(鍋爐汽包補焊技術要求》的有關規(guī)定編制而成的。本標準對汽包缺陷清除、焊接修復工藝及質(zhì)量檢驗等作出了原則性規(guī)定,是指導性的行業(yè)標準。本標準的附錄A、附錄B、附錄C都是提示的附錄。本標準由中國電力企業(yè)聯(lián)合會標準化中心提出并歸口。本標準由東北電管局、東北電力科學研究院起草。本標準主要起草人:張秉昌、王世江、王瑞林。本標準由中

7、lgUideofweldingrepairforboiler一drunlinfosilfil錢1powerplants范圍本標準規(guī)定了電站鍋爐汽包主焊縫、接管座焊縫和人孔加強圈焊縫的缺陷,汽包筒體的腐蝕、局部疲勞等缺陷的清除,焊接修復,質(zhì)量檢驗方法及標準。本標準適用于材質(zhì)為碳鋼、低合金鋼,汽包壁厚小于或等于203~發(fā)電用鍋爐汽包的焊接修復。本標準也適用于汽包等用焊接方法的局部補強。鍋爐集箱、火力發(fā)電廠熱力系統(tǒng)壓力容器的焊接修復也可參照本標準。本標準不適用于大面積的疲勞、應力腐蝕及蠕變裂紋的焊接修復。2引用標準下列標準所包含的條文,通過在
