2、譜法對陶瓷、色料和釉物料中Na,Mg,A1,Si,P,S,K,Ca,Ti,Mn,F(xiàn)e,Ba,Zr,Zn,Hf15種元素進行了測定,用理論系數(shù)校正基體效應(yīng)。方法簡便、快速、分析結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確度完全能滿足上述物料分析的要求。還用純化學(xué)試劑和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樣品按一定比例混合制備標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樣品,彌補了色料和釉缺少標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或沒有標(biāo)樣的困難。又對zr和Hf元素分析線進行了選擇,用ZrL和HfL作為分析線,而不采用ZrK。,不僅使制備的熔片達到ZrL線的飽和厚度,使分析結(jié)果的準(zhǔn)確度和重現(xiàn)性好,而且還消除了ZrK的譜線對HfL。分析線的干擾。關(guān)鍵詞波長色散X射線熒光光譜;陶瓷
