1、口腔頜面修復(fù)學(xué)雜志2013年7月第14卷第4期·論著·鋯瓷基底表面形貌對鋯瓷飾瓷間結(jié)合強(qiáng)度影響的研究陳宇暉施生根黨平史亮師天鵬李丹【摘要】目的:探討鋯瓷基底表面形貌對其與飾瓷結(jié)合強(qiáng)度的影響。方法:切削制備1lmm×10ramX5mm鋯瓷燒結(jié)瓷塊40塊,隨機(jī)均分至4組即對照組(烤瓷面烤瓷前經(jīng)過常規(guī)打磨、噴砂及拋光處理),垂直組(與對照組不同處在于剪切加載方向與切削瓷面的刀路方向垂直),平行組(與對照組不同處在于剪切加載方向與切削瓷面的刀路方向一致),突起組(與對照組不同處在于烤瓷面制備有2個直徑2mm,高0.3mm的圓柱狀突起)。各組試件烤瓷面涂布粘接瓷,堆積4mm厚飾瓷后燒
2、結(jié)。以萬能試驗機(jī)測試飾瓷與鋯瓷基底間的剪切強(qiáng)度。結(jié)果:對照組、垂直組、平行組、突起組鋯瓷與飾瓷間的剪切強(qiáng)度均數(shù)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差分別為24.1±2.64MPa、27.9±4.53MPa、27.5±4.79MPa和37.2±7.03MPa,單因素方差分析顯示差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,突起組強(qiáng)度顯著高于垂直組、平行組(p<0.05)及對照組(l<0.01)。結(jié)論:鋯瓷烤瓷面切削刀路方向?qū)︿喆膳c飾瓷間的燒結(jié)剪切強(qiáng)度無顯著影響;鋯瓷烤瓷面制備出適當(dāng)?shù)耐黄鹂娠@著增強(qiáng)飾瓷抗剝脫的能力。關(guān)鍵詞:氧化鋯;表面形貌;結(jié)合強(qiáng)度;固位突起[中國圖書分類號]R783.1[文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼】A[文章編號】1009—3761
