1、第43卷第5期淡水漁業(yè)2013年9月Vo1.43No.5FreshwaterFisheriesSep2013光合細(xì)菌對(duì)水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖環(huán)境細(xì)菌群落結(jié)構(gòu)的影響蘇艷秋,羅國(guó)強(qiáng),顧繼銳,陶勇(1.通威股份有限公司,成都610041;2.中國(guó)科學(xué)院成都生物研究所,成都610041)摘要:為了解光合細(xì)菌(Photosyntheticbacteria)在水產(chǎn)養(yǎng)殖應(yīng)用中的作用機(jī)制,采用PCR—DGGE技術(shù)研究不同濃度光合細(xì)菌對(duì)養(yǎng)殖水體和底泥兩個(gè)微環(huán)境細(xì)菌群落的影響。結(jié)果顯示:水樣菌群和底泥菌群有顯著差異,各聚為一簇,水樣菌群多樣性比底泥豐富且波動(dòng)性更大,泥樣菌群則相對(duì)穩(wěn)定,受外源菌群影響較??;添加光合細(xì)
2、菌可顯著增加水體菌群多樣性,促使SAR11族未培養(yǎng)僅一變形菌等固有菌群數(shù)量增加,從而影響水樣菌群結(jié)構(gòu);同一階段不同處理水樣菌群多聚在一起,顯示出較高結(jié)構(gòu)相似性,不同處理并未造成組間菌群結(jié)構(gòu)明顯差異;光合細(xì)菌投加12d后出現(xiàn)濃度減少。鑒定分析發(fā)現(xiàn)水樣中46個(gè)菌群歸屬21個(gè)屬,底泥11個(gè)菌群歸屬6個(gè)屬,其中水樣和底泥共同含有3個(gè)屬,水樣和底泥菌群主要隸屬于藍(lán)細(xì)菌門(mén)(Cyanobacteria)、變形菌門(mén)(Pro—teobacteria)、擬桿菌綱(Bacteroidetes)和綠彎菌門(mén)(Chloroflexi)。關(guān)鍵詞:光合細(xì)菌(Photosyntheticbacteria);水樣;底
