1、響應(yīng)面法優(yōu)化紅花紫荊樹(shù)葉中總黃酮的超聲波輔助提取工藝施偉梅h,楊凱,陳建福,廖云(1.贛南醫(yī)學(xué)院,藥學(xué)院,贛州341000;2.漳州職業(yè)技術(shù)學(xué)院食品與生物工程系,漳州363000)摘要:目的:探討紅花紫荊樹(shù)葉總黃酮的超聲波提取工藝。方法:在單因素試驗(yàn)基礎(chǔ)上,以紅花紫荊樹(shù)葉總黃酮提取率為響應(yīng)值,采用響應(yīng)曲面統(tǒng)計(jì)法中的Box—Behnken模型對(duì)影響超聲輔助提取工藝關(guān)鍵因素:液料比(X。)、提取時(shí)間(x)及超聲溫度(X,)進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化探討。結(jié)果:液料比是對(duì)響應(yīng)值影響最大的因素,最佳提取條件為液料比46:1,提取時(shí)間35min,超聲溫度54~C,
