1、微型錨釘聯(lián)合克氏針固定治療手指伸肌腱止點(diǎn)撕脫傷應(yīng)用探究［摘要］目的探?應(yīng)用微型錨釘聯(lián)合克氏針固定治療手指伸肌腱止點(diǎn)撕脫傷的臨床療效。方法選擇符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的56例手指伸肌腱止點(diǎn)撕脫傷患者，隨機(jī)分為觀察組與對(duì)照組各28例。觀察組患者使用微型錨釘聯(lián)合克氏針固定治療，對(duì)照組患者使用鋼絲抽出止點(diǎn)重建法治療，比較兩組患者的治療效果、手術(shù)時(shí)間、平均住院日、恢復(fù)時(shí)間及住院費(fèi)用。結(jié)果觀察組的手術(shù)時(shí)間、平均住院日、恢復(fù)時(shí)間分別為(28.4±3.2)min、(5.4±2,1)d與(40.8±5.3)d,均顯著少于對(duì)照組(41.4±4.2)min、(&6±
2、3.3)d與(51.2±5.8)do觀察組僅出現(xiàn)1例肌腱松弛。對(duì)照組出現(xiàn)2例指腹壓瘡、2例肌腱松弛及1例鋼絲脫落。Dargan功能評(píng)定法結(jié)果表明，觀察組的優(yōu)良率為89.3%,顯著高于對(duì)照組的57.2%。結(jié)論應(yīng)用微型骨錨釘聯(lián)合克氏針重建手指伸肌腱止點(diǎn)手術(shù)過程安全簡(jiǎn)單快速，術(shù)后優(yōu)良率高，并發(fā)癥少,患者功能恢復(fù)良好且順應(yīng)性好，值得臨床廣泛推廣使用［關(guān)鍵詞］手指伸肌腱止點(diǎn)撕脫傷；微型錨釘；克氏針固定；Dargan功能評(píng)定法；功能恢復(fù)［中圖分類號(hào)］R687.3［文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼］B［文章編號(hào)］1673-9701(2016)34-0088-03S
