2、結(jié)2O3構(gòu),結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):Co-Ni-Al的表面形貌和微觀晶體結(jié)構(gòu)主要受鍍層中鈷含量的影響,高鈷含量復(fù)合鍍層具有~cp2O3結(jié)構(gòu)其表面形貌比具有Fcc結(jié)構(gòu)的低鈷含量鍍層的表面更加均勻細(xì)致,Al顆粒在Co-Ni合金中的共沉積沒2O3有改變合金固溶體的相組成但卻改變了各晶面的優(yōu)勢生長,通過研究復(fù)合鍍層的硬度~高溫耐磨性~高溫抗氧化性~熱膨脹系數(shù)和熱導(dǎo)率表明:Co-Ni-Al具有較好的高溫耐磨性和高溫抗氧化能力并且高鈷含量的復(fù)合鍍層2O3相對于低鈷鍍層具有較低的熱膨脹系數(shù)和較高的熱導(dǎo)率,關(guān)鍵詞:Co-Ni-Al復(fù)合鍍層;高溫耐磨;高溫氧化;熱物理特性2O3;中圖分類號(hào):TB33
