3、elbyamechanicalattritionenhancedelectroplating(MAEE)process.Duringtheelectroplating.themechanicalattrition(MA)wasintroducedbyimpactofglassballsonthesamplesurfacewithaspecialvibratingfrequency.Thesurfaceandcross—sectionalimagesofNicoatingwereobservedwithSE
4、M.ThemicrostructureandcrystallinityofcoatingwereexaminedwithTEMandXRD.Theelectrochemicalperformanceofcoatingwasmeasuredwithpolarizationcurvesandelectrochemicalimpedancespectroscopy(EIS)anditsmechanicalbehaviours.suchastensilestrengthandhardness.werestudie
5、d.TheresultsshowthattheMAhassignificanteffectsonthemicrostructureandpropertyoftheelectroplatedNicoating.ByMA.thecoatingbecomessmooth,compact,thinandhasrefinedgrainsandisfreeofcracksandpores.Consequently,theadhesion,tensilestrength,hardnessandcorrosionresi
