1、萬方數(shù)據(jù)·8·人工鼻替代加熱濕化系統(tǒng)在呼吸機治療中的應(yīng)用呂曉玲夏秋江羅群牟宗娟譚亞男江高燕周艷龔婷婷李源【摘要】目的研究人工鼻(HME)替代加熱濕化裝置在呼吸機治療中的可行性。方法將近3年入住ICU的應(yīng)用呼吸機治療2d以上的患者266例，應(yīng)用階段性病例分組對照的方法分為實驗組(人工鼻組)141例和對照組(加熱濕化器組)125例，在濕化效果、應(yīng)用人丁氣道時間、應(yīng)用呼吸機時間、住ICU的時間、VAP發(fā)生率、病死率等方面進行對比研究和分析。結(jié)果實驗組患者痰液濕化效果好的病例多于對照組，濕化不足、濕化過度及氣道痙攣的病例均少于對照組。實驗
