1、萬方數(shù)據(jù)·8·人工鼻替代加熱濕化系統(tǒng)在呼吸機治療中的應(yīng)用呂曉玲夏秋江羅群牟宗娟譚亞男江高燕周艷龔婷婷李源【摘要】目的研究人工鼻(HME)替代加熱濕化裝置在呼吸機治療中的可行性。方法將近3年入住ICU的應(yīng)用呼吸機治療2d以上的患者266例,應(yīng)用階段性病例分組對照的方法分為實驗組(人工鼻組)141例和對照組(加熱濕化器組)125例,在濕化效果、應(yīng)用人丁氣道時間、應(yīng)用呼吸機時間、住ICU的時間、VAP發(fā)生率、病死率等方面進行對比研究和分析。結(jié)果實驗組患者痰液濕化效果好的病例多于對照組,濕化不足、濕化過度及氣道痙攣的病例均少于對照組。實驗
2、組在應(yīng)用呼吸機時間和住ICU的時間上均少于對照組。實驗組VAP發(fā)生率低于對照組。應(yīng)用人工氣道時間2組病例比較無差異;病死率2組病例比較無差異;實驗組無濕化意外出現(xiàn),對照組發(fā)生氣道燙傷I例,發(fā)生嗆水11例。結(jié)論在呼吸機治療中HME可以完全替代加熱濕化系統(tǒng)在臨床推廣應(yīng)用,但在應(yīng)用時要注意觀察患者病情變化、監(jiān)測濕化效果和保持人工鼻通暢?!娟P(guān)鍵詞】人T鼻;替代;加熱濕化器;機械通氣·科研之窗·ResearchinthereplacementofheatedhumidifierswiUlheatmoistureexchangersdurin
