2、為孕29?32周檢出組及孕32周以上檢出組，分析中孕期及晚孕期超聲篩查畸形的價值，探討超聲篩查的適宜時機?結(jié)果經(jīng)證實的胎兒畸形74例，中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)畸形占首位，其次為顏面部畸形?心血管系統(tǒng)畸形?胎兒腫瘤?臍膨出?腹裂?聯(lián)體雙胎?骨骼及肢體畸形?泌尿系統(tǒng)畸形?呼吸系統(tǒng)畸形?消化系統(tǒng)畸形?孕24周內(nèi)全部檢出的畸形有無腦兒?淋巴水囊瘤?腦膨出?長骨短小?聯(lián)體雙胎等，而腦積水?唇裂?心血管畸形及其他畸形等孕24周內(nèi)檢出率較低?結(jié)論產(chǎn)前超聲對于診斷胎兒結(jié)構(gòu)異常有著非常重要的臨床價值;部分畸形中孕期超聲表現(xiàn)不明顯，孕晚期超聲仍要注意對胎兒顏
