1、三藝{支ScienceandTechnologyofFoodIndustry優(yōu)化蠶蛹多糖的提取方法及脫色工藝的研究嚴(yán)鵬,李紅玉,劉字欣(遼寧醫(yī)學(xué)院,遼寧錦州121000)摘要:目的:優(yōu)化蠶蛹多糖的提取工藝及對(duì)蠶蛹多糖的脫色條件的研究。方法:采用正交實(shí)驗(yàn)方法,以蠶蛹多糖的得率為指標(biāo),優(yōu)化微波法對(duì)蠶蛹多糖的提取Z-藝。研究離子交換樹(shù)脂(D202、D113)和大孔吸附樹(shù)脂(HZ一841、HZ一806、HZ一803)對(duì)蠶蛹多糖的脫色效果。通過(guò)正交實(shí)驗(yàn)確定蠶蛹多糖脫色的最佳條件。結(jié)果:傳統(tǒng)3-_藝提取最佳條件:90℃提取3.5h,固液比1:25
2、g/mL,蠶蛹多糖的得率為3.95%;微波提取蠶蛹多糖的最佳工藝條件:微波功率600W,提取時(shí)間9min,固液比1:25g/mL,蠶蛹多糖的得率為4.49%。蠶蛹多糖大孔樹(shù)脂脫色的最佳條件為HZ一803樹(shù)脂、pH4.0、溫度45℃。結(jié)論:優(yōu)化之后的微波提取法提取蠶蛹多糖的得率有顯著的提高,且工藝簡(jiǎn)便、合理、可行,在大孔樹(shù)脂靜態(tài)吸附最佳脫色的條件下脫色率、多糖保留率和蛋白質(zhì)去除率分別為88.56%、62.15%、92.21%,在大孔樹(shù)脂動(dòng)態(tài)吸附最佳脫色的條件下脫色率、多糖保留率和蛋白質(zhì)去除率分別為89.43%、65.58%、90.56%
