2、小f<0.3mol/L)時有一定的麻醉效果。當濃度過大時,二者都會對刺參造成傷害。硫酸鎂在濃度為0.3~0.4mol/L時麻醉效果最好,麻醉時間較快(約30min)且麻醉率和蘇醒率均達100%。(2)在0.3~0.4mol/L的硫酸鎂溶液中藥浴1h左右的刺參,其體長與藥浴前的體長變化差異極顯著,而藥浴l、1.5、2h的刺參個體間體長變化不顯著。以上結果表明:0.3~0.4mol/L的硫酸鎂溶液對刺參的麻醉效果最好,既不影響刺參的正常生長又可準確測量其自然生長狀態(tài)長度。通過本研究確定硫酸鎂是刺參的最佳麻醉劑,用于刺參體長測量的最佳濃度
