1、隨床醫(yī)學2013年】0月第33卷第1O期ClinicalMedicine，Oct．2013，Vo1．33．No．10·27·地佐辛與曲馬多和芬太尼預防全身麻醉后瑞芬太尼痛覺超敏反應效果的比較儲浩王勝斌胡勝紅(安徽醫(yī)科大學附屬安慶醫(yī)院麻醉科，安慶246003)【摘要】目的比較地佐辛與曲馬多和芬太尼預防瑞芬太尼麻醉停藥后痛覺超敏的效果。方法擇期婦科經腹手術患者90例，ASAI～Ⅱ級，采取隨機雙盲法，所有患者分為A組(地佐辛組)、B組(曲馬多組)、C組(芬太尼組)，每組30例。在手術結束前15rain，A組靜脈注入地佐辛0．2mg／kg，B組靜脈注入曲馬多2mg／kg
2、，C組注入芬太尼2kg。觀察并記錄三組麻醉蘇醒時間和拔管時無創(chuàng)動脈壓及心率；觀察三組術后15min、1h、2h、4h、8h、12h、24h各時段的疼痛評分(VAS評分)及鎮(zhèn)靜評分(Ramsay評分)；記錄拔管期間躁動、嗆咳、嗜睡和惡心嘔吐的發(fā)生率。結果A組麻醉蘇醒時間較B、C組明顯縮短(P<0．05)；A組術后2、4、8、16、24h時，VAS評分較B、c組明顯降低(P<0．05)；A紐術后15min、1h、2h時，Ramsay評分較B、c組高(P<0．05)；A組術后不良反應發(fā)生率較B、c組明顯降低(P<0．05)。結論地佐辛對全身麻醉后瑞芬太尼的痛覺超敏反應
