1、中國(guó)醫(yī)藥導(dǎo)報(bào)2014年9月第11卷第25期·工作探討·醫(yī)院專(zhuān)利管理存在的問(wèn)題及對(duì)策陳飛徐水珠韓瀅瀅王德豐南通大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院科技處．江蘇南通226001【摘要】目的深入了解醫(yī)院專(zhuān)利管理的現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題，并提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策．提高醫(yī)院專(zhuān)利管理的水平，從而提升醫(yī)院的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。方法通過(guò)對(duì)南通大學(xué)附屬醫(yī)院2004～2013年已獲得授權(quán)的專(zhuān)利進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)，結(jié)合專(zhuān)利發(fā)明人的學(xué)歷、職稱(chēng)、所在學(xué)科等進(jìn)行全面分析。結(jié)果專(zhuān)利多集中于實(shí)用新型專(zhuān)利，占專(zhuān)利總數(shù)的85．57％：護(hù)理人員是專(zhuān)利發(fā)明人的主體，占專(zhuān)利總數(shù)的67．01％；

8、服務(wù)等。依法享有或合同規(guī)定的其他知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)。由發(fā)展進(jìn)程的重大責(zé)任。在日新月異的當(dāng)今社會(huì)，知識(shí)此可見(jiàn)．醫(yī)院在承擔(dān)著繁重的醫(yī)療、科研、教學(xué)任務(wù)的和信息日益更替，醫(yī)院作為高精尖人才的集中之地，同時(shí)，也必須加強(qiáng)各類(lèi)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的管理。只有正確認(rèn)必然將面臨更為激烈的以知識(shí)為主要衡量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的競(jìng)識(shí)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)在醫(yī)院發(fā)展中的重要地位，充分利用和發(fā)爭(zhēng)。因此，醫(yī)院的綜合實(shí)力的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已不僅僅在于它所揮好醫(yī)院知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的優(yōu)勢(shì)，才能使知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)成為醫(yī)院擁有的物質(zhì)經(jīng)濟(jì)資本
