1、血液灌流聯(lián)合血液透析治療急性百草枯中毒療效觀察 【摘要】目的分析目前治療急性百草枯中毒方法。方法74例急性百草枯中毒患者，根據(jù)治療方法不同分為內(nèi)科治療組、血液灌流治療組和血液灌流+血液透析治療組。內(nèi)科治療組給予洗胃、維持水電解質(zhì)平衡、保護內(nèi)臟功能等對癥支持治療，血液灌流治療組在內(nèi)科治療的基礎(chǔ)上加用血液灌流治療，血液灌流+血液透析治療組在內(nèi)科治療的基礎(chǔ)上加用血液灌流及血液透析聯(lián)合治療。比較三組患者治療效果。結(jié)果血液灌流+血液透析治療組死亡率為20.00%，低于血液灌流治療組的50.00%，血液灌流+血液透析治療組及血液灌流治療組死亡率低于常規(guī)內(nèi)科治療組的76.47%，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義。三組患者
