1、41.2014·19·●臨床論著高爾基體蛋白73與AFP在原發(fā)肝細胞癌篩查中的應用對比研究羅燕香龔雪屹季明芳吳標華蘇年華黃玉玲王盼盼【摘要】目的對比高爾基體蛋白73(GP73)與AFP作為原發(fā)性肝細胞癌(HCC)篩查血清標記物的效果。方法收集2012年中山市腫瘤研究所對中山市小欖鎮(zhèn)35~64歲年齡段的居民實施HCC篩查血清標本并收集臨床HCC初治患者血清標本,分為5組:正常人群組95例,低危人群組100例,高危人群組95例,篩查HCC組9例,臨床HCC組52例。對5組患者檢測AFP及GP73,對二者診斷的
2、敏感度、特異度及準確度進行比較。結果GP73曲線下面積(AUROC)0.759(95%C/:0.683~0.836),敏感度為72.1%,特異度為63.1%,最佳臨界點為98.60ng/L。AFP的AUROC為O.857(95%C/:0.792~0.992),敏感度為59.0%,特異度為76.O%,最佳臨界點為20:40L。GP73聯(lián)合AFP檢測,靈敏度為86.9%,特異度為98.3%,AUROC為0.926(95%C/:0.875~0.976)。結論GP73準確度低于AFP,靈敏度高于AFP,因此應用于
