2、,取9個點,用直徑2.3mm的半球形壓頭以0.03mm/s的速度,下壓3mm。終板不同位點的最大壓縮力及剛度分布差異,2組內(nèi)椎體終板在相同點最大壓縮力及剛度進行比較。結(jié)果最大壓縮力時位移,正常對照組1.33~0.44mm,在椎體成形組1.51~0.48mm,在終板中心0點區(qū)域最小,成形組終板各點區(qū)域最大壓縮力、剛度比較中存在差異;2組對應(yīng)點最大壓縮力在6點、7點沒有差別,其他各點對應(yīng)均有差別。結(jié)論老年性椎體終板在中心區(qū)域其力學(xué)最低點。成形后終板在中心區(qū)域抗壓縮力和剛度明顯增強,在后側(cè)和后外測成為最薄弱地方,中心最強?!娟P(guān)鍵詞J骨水泥;椎體成形;終板;
