5、探討黃葵膠囊聯(lián)合前列地爾治療糖尿病腎病的療效及安全性。方法78例糖尿病腎病患者隨機分成對照組和治療組。兩組均給予糖尿病基礎治療，對照組38例再給予前列地爾注射液靜脈注射，10ug／日，治療14d。治療組40例在對照組基礎上加用黃葵膠囊口服，治療14d。治療前后分別檢查24h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)、甘油三脂(TG)、膽固醇(TCG)。結果兩組治療后尿蛋白定量均有下降，與治療前相比，差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0．05)；治療組尿蛋白下降更明顯，差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0．01)。結論黃葵膠囊聯(lián)合前列地爾治療糖尿病腎病療效好，不良反應少，安全性高。關鍵詞：
