2、DF.1免疫陽性細胞分布。免疫陽性細胞的胞漿呈淡黃色.顆粒狀免疫反應產物附于細胞膜內面游水組大鼠腦穹窿SDF.1免疫陽性細胞的分布及形態(tài)與對照組相比均未見明顯差異:模型組訓練7d的大鼠腦穹窿SDF.1免疫陽性細胞的形態(tài)和分布與對照組相比未見明顯差異。訓練14d和21d的大鼠神經元細胞在形態(tài)上以錐體形或三角形為主在SDF一1免疫陽性細胞的數(shù)量表達上,訓練21d的比訓練7d和14d的明顯增多。結論:大鼠腦穹窿內SDF.1免疫陽性細胞可能參與空間辨別性學習記憶活動引致的形態(tài)學可塑。關鍵詞基質細胞衍生因子一1:腦穹窿;空間辨另q性學習記憶中圖分類號:R332文獻標識碼:A文章編號:1008—1
