1、球囊擴張椎體后凸成形注入骨水泥治療老年骨質(zhì)疏松性椎體壓縮性骨折［摘要］目的：探討球囊擴張椎體后凸成形注入骨水泥治療老年骨質(zhì)疏松性椎體壓縮性骨折的臨床效果。方法：選擇我院2006年10月?2010年5月收治的應(yīng)用經(jīng)皮球囊擴張椎體后凸成形術(shù)治療骨質(zhì)疏松性椎體壓縮性骨折的30例患者，按照VAS評分、影像學資料、Oswestry評分標準分別對患果：所有手術(shù)均順利完成,無嚴重手術(shù)并發(fā)癥。有7個椎體發(fā)生骨水泥滲漏,均未出現(xiàn)臨床癥狀。術(shù)后患者腰痛均明顯緩解，隨訪7~26個月，平均14個月，視覺模擬評分(VAS)由術(shù)前的(7.4±1.7)分下
2、降至術(shù)后的()分,最終隨訪為(1.6±0.8)分；Oswestry功能評分術(shù)前為(40.0011.16)分，術(shù)后為(17.00±2.11)分，末次隨訪為(15.00±1.41)分;椎體前緣的高度術(shù)前平均為(0.8±0.1)cm,術(shù)后為(1.2±0.3)cm,末次隨訪為(1.2±0.3)cm;傷椎后凸角度術(shù)前平均為(28.2±5.3)。，術(shù)后為(19.2±4.8)°,末次隨訪為(19.4±5.1)%各指標術(shù)后與術(shù)前、最終隨訪時與術(shù)前差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05);術(shù)后與最終隨訪時差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P>0.05)b結(jié)論：球囊擴
