2、用,FCM法檢測細胞凋亡率及細胞周期分布,實時熒光定量PCR法檢測Bcl一2和Bax的mRNA表達情況。結果:不同濃度的紅芪多糖1對A549細胞的生長均有抑制作用,抑制率與濃度和時間呈正相關。紅芪多糖1聯合順鉑可使A549細胞凋亡率較單用順鉑組凋亡率明顯增加(P<0.05),且細胞周期阻滯在G和S期。不同濃度的紅芪多糖1可降低Bcl一2蛋白表達(P<0.05),增加Bax蛋白表達(P<0.05),具有濃度依賴性;而且紅芪多糖1聯合順鉑處理對Bcl一2和Bax蛋白表達的抑制或促進作用均較單用順鉑組明顯增強(P<0.05),具有協同作用。結論:紅芪多糖1可提高順
