7、Keywords:guavaleaf;polyphenol;extractionprocess;optimization;orthogonaltest0引言【研究意義】多酚是多羥基酚類化合物的總稱,廣泛存在于各種植物中。植物多酚具有抗氧化、清除自由基、抑菌消炎、抗病毒、抗癌、抗心血管疾病等作用(李健等,2008)。番石榴在我國(guó)廣東、廣西、福建等地區(qū)普遍種植,番石榴葉中富含多酚類物質(zhì),其賦予番石榴葉多種功效,如軟化血管,降低血糖、血脂和膽固醇,抗氧化,抗菌等,對(duì)腹瀉、腸炎、腸胃潰瘍、濕疹、咳嗽等癥狀也有明顯療效(陳守江和姜松,2003;黃海軍等,2007;楠極等,
