2、的】篩選對(duì)辣椒青枯病菌生防效果較好的內(nèi)生細(xì)菌,豐富辣椒青枯病的生物防治菌種資源,為生防制劑的研發(fā)生產(chǎn)及進(jìn)行大田生物防治提供理論依據(jù)?!痉椒ā吭诤祥L(zhǎng)沙青枯病發(fā)病區(qū)采集健康的辣椒植株樣品,通過平板稀釋分離和劃線純化方法獲得內(nèi)生細(xì)菌后采用瓊脂擴(kuò)散法進(jìn)行拮抗作用測(cè)定,篩選出拮抗青枯病菌效果較好的內(nèi)生細(xì)菌,然后通過菌體的形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)觀察、生理生化特性試驗(yàn)及16SrDNA序列同源性分析,對(duì)篩選出的細(xì)菌進(jìn)行鑒定,采用正交試驗(yàn)對(duì)其發(fā)酵條件進(jìn)行優(yōu)化試驗(yàn)。【結(jié)果】篩選出一株對(duì)青枯病菌拮抗作用效果好的內(nèi)生細(xì)菌L009,通過對(duì)其形態(tài)學(xué)、生理
3、生化特性鑒定和16SrDNA序列的系統(tǒng)發(fā)育鑒定,該菌株為解淀粉芽孢桿菌(Bacillusamyloliquefaciens)。通過正交試驗(yàn),確定該菌株的最佳發(fā)酵條件為:玉米淀粉8%、豆餅粉6%、NaCl0.5%、CaCO,0.5%、K#IPO。0.08%、pH7.0、72h、28oC、180r/mill轉(zhuǎn)速。【結(jié)論IL009菌株對(duì)辣椒青枯病菌具有較好的拮抗作用,具有作為生防制劑的潛力。關(guān)鍵詞:辣椒;青枯病菌;內(nèi)生生防菌;分離鑒定;發(fā)酵條件優(yōu)化中圖分類號(hào):S432.1文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼:A文章編號(hào):2095—1191(201
