2、CSF組術(shù)后每日頸部皮下注射rhG—CSF50p~g/kg,每組又分為6h,12h,24h,48h,72h,7d6個時間點。在各個時間點分別處死動物,采用免疫組織化學(xué)和免疫印跡法檢測P53,Bcl一2,Bax的表達(dá)。結(jié)果對照組:P53,Bax只有極微量表達(dá),Bcl一2有微量表達(dá)。缺氧缺血組:P53和Bax在6h即見明顯升高,24h達(dá)到高峰。Bcl一2在6h微量升高,于24h達(dá)高峰。rhG—CSF組:P53和Bax在6h即見明顯下降,24h達(dá)到谷底,與缺氧缺血組比較具有顯著差異。Bcl一2在6h升高
