3、學(xué)常規(guī)管理，更好地為提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量服務(wù)，怎樣才能提升學(xué)校品牌的含金量呢？經(jīng)過近幾年的積極思考和探索，我校基本構(gòu)建起了符合本校實(shí)情和教師自我發(fā)展教學(xué)常規(guī)管理模式，即：管理更有效，教學(xué)更創(chuàng)新的學(xué)?？傮w目標(biāo)，落實(shí)“抓好開頭，精細(xì)過程，關(guān)注結(jié)果”管理思路，圍繞強(qiáng)化，個(gè)“實(shí)”，講究一個(gè)“嚴(yán)”，控制一個(gè)“量”，堅(jiān)持一個(gè)“恒”，追求一個(gè)“新”,體現(xiàn)一個(gè)“齊”上做文章，努力實(shí)現(xiàn)管理過程精細(xì)科學(xué)化，突出教學(xué)常規(guī)管理有序性，實(shí)效性。開學(xué)初，我校進(jìn)一步明確教學(xué)管理和教學(xué)工作的具體要求，嚴(yán)格實(shí)行教師“坐班制”強(qiáng)化對教師的備課、上課、作業(yè)批改、學(xué)生輔導(dǎo)、階段測查過程管理要求，形
4、成科學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)慕虒W(xué)習(xí)慣，把學(xué)科作業(yè)訓(xùn)練納入集體備課的要求，作業(yè)要立足基礎(chǔ)，分層要求，做到當(dāng)堂解決問題，點(diǎn)點(diǎn)清、段段清。一、加強(qiáng)備課管理，強(qiáng)化一個(gè)“實(shí)”字我校要求在備課中，教師共享資源，促進(jìn)教師備課相互學(xué)習(xí)，同伴相助，教學(xué)相長，在教案的編寫當(dāng)中，注重預(yù)設(shè)與生成關(guān)系，注重三維目標(biāo)達(dá)到，注重作業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)，要有梯度，關(guān)注學(xué)生的發(fā)展。在實(shí)施中，我校發(fā)現(xiàn)一小部分教師沒有按照備課的要求進(jìn)行備課，善于投機(jī)取巧，學(xué)會了“拿來主義”。再設(shè)計(jì)、教學(xué)反思。writesomesimplebriefing.Otherworkisnotenough,andleadershipThere
