1、沈陽理工大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文樂購(gòu)超市服務(wù)排隊(duì)系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)用與分析摘要近年來,大型超市不斷的興起給人們帶來了許多便利。但是由于種種原因大型超市的排隊(duì)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)并不完善,常常出現(xiàn)了隊(duì)列過長(zhǎng)或者服務(wù)臺(tái)空閑等問題,因此,優(yōu)化大型超市排隊(duì)服務(wù)系統(tǒng),減短隊(duì)列便有具有了重大意義。本文針對(duì)沈陽樂購(gòu)超市服務(wù)排隊(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。首先對(duì)排隊(duì)論的相關(guān)知識(shí)進(jìn)行介紹,對(duì)多服務(wù)窗等待制M/M/n/∞/∞排隊(duì)模型進(jìn)行了重點(diǎn)闡述。其次對(duì)沈陽樂購(gòu)超市渾南店顧客服務(wù)時(shí)間,到達(dá)時(shí)間等數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行調(diào)查,取得原始數(shù)據(jù)代入排隊(duì)模型進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,計(jì)算出了相應(yīng)的
2、目標(biāo)參量,確定了該超市各個(gè)時(shí)段應(yīng)該開放的最佳收銀臺(tái)的數(shù)量。然后運(yùn)用FLEXSIM對(duì)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行仿真以確定該優(yōu)化方案是可行的。在此基礎(chǔ)上本文對(duì)樂購(gòu)超市的收銀通道,掃描,員工專業(yè)度等方面提出問題并對(duì)其優(yōu)化,最后對(duì)超市的發(fā)展提出意見。本文的研究成果對(duì)大型商場(chǎng)、醫(yī)院、銀行等具有收費(fèi)服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的服務(wù)企業(yè)具有普遍的借鑒意義。關(guān)鍵詞:大型超市;排隊(duì)服務(wù)系統(tǒng);建模;仿真;優(yōu)化II沈陽理工大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文AbstractInrecentyears,thecontinuousriseoflargesupermarket

5、stomerservicetime,arrivaltimeandotherdatahasbeedconductedatShenyangTescosupermarketHunnanstore.Then,theoriginaldataabtainedfromthesurveyhasbeenputintothequeuingmodeltoconductaempiricalanalysis.Andasaresult,thecorrespondingtargetparametersarecalculated
6、,andsotodeterminethenumberofcashregisteratvarioushoursofthesupermarketshouldbeedopened.Next,byusingtheFLEXSIMservicesystemtoconductasimulation,findingouttheoptimizationisfeasible.Onthisbasis,thisthesisdiscussedtheproblemofcashierchannel,scanningequipm
