4、etengraintraitsofthetestedsuperricehybridswere81.4%,rangingfrom34.7%to100%.Amongwhich,thebrownricerate,milledricerate,headmilledricerate,gelatinizationtemperature,gelconsistencyandbrownriceproteincontenthadhighersuperiorqualityrates(>89%).Thesuperhybridsderivedfromthemalesterilelin
5、esGuangzhan63S,TianfengAorPeiai64Shadlowerchalkygrainpercent,chalkinessdegreeandamylosecontent,aswellassoftergelconsistency.Ingeneral,thetwoGlinesuperhybridsshowedlowerchalkygrainpercent,chalkinessdegreeandamylosecontent,ascomparedwiththethreeGlinesuperhybrids.Itwasnoticedthatthete

7、偉,章林平,等.中國超級雜交稻組合的稻米品質(zhì)分析.中國水稻科學(xué),2014,28(2):206G210.摘要:為評價超級雜交稻的米質(zhì),利用中國近年育成的49份超級雜交稻組合分析了10項米質(zhì)性狀及其優(yōu)質(zhì)達(dá)標(biāo)率.結(jié)果表明,超級雜交稻10項米質(zhì)性狀的優(yōu)質(zhì)達(dá)標(biāo)率為34.7%~100%,平均81.4%.其中,糙米率、精米率、整精米率、糊化溫度、膠稠度和糙米蛋白質(zhì)含量的優(yōu)質(zhì)達(dá)標(biāo)率超過89%;廣占63S、天豐A和培矮64S所配組合具有較低堊白粒率和堊白度,較長(軟)膠稠度和較低直鏈淀粉含量;兩系超級雜交稻在堊白粒率、堊白度和直鏈淀粉含量上比三系超級雜交稻稍優(yōu).另一方面,整體
