2、自變量,進(jìn)行了多元回歸分析。結(jié)果表明,降落數(shù)值、蛋白質(zhì)含量和濕面筋含量與面團(tuán)穩(wěn)定時(shí)間、拉伸面積、最大拉伸阻力的偏相關(guān)性均不顯著;容重與穩(wěn)定時(shí)間偏相關(guān)顯著正相關(guān);硬度指數(shù)與拉伸面積、最大拉伸阻力偏相關(guān)顯著正相關(guān);沉降值、面筋指數(shù)與穩(wěn)定時(shí)間、拉伸面積、最大拉伸阻力的偏相關(guān)極顯著正相關(guān);千粒重與穩(wěn)定時(shí)間、拉伸面積、最大拉伸阻力的偏相關(guān)極顯著負(fù)相關(guān)。關(guān)鍵詞:小麥;品質(zhì)指標(biāo);流變學(xué)特性;多元回歸分析中圖分類號(hào):TS210.1;TS201.7文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識(shí)碼:A文章編號(hào):1007-7561(2013)01-0062-05Mul
