2、P分子標(biāo)記在5個(gè)居群中共檢測(cè)到191個(gè)位點(diǎn),其中多態(tài)性位點(diǎn)47個(gè);各居群平均多態(tài)位點(diǎn)百分率為22.72%,Nei's基因多樣性指數(shù)和Shannon指數(shù)分別為0.0904和0.1319,表明彎刺薔薇存在豐富的遺傳多樣性。各居群遺傳分化系數(shù)為0.1333,基因流為3.2513,表明居群間具較高的基因交流,遺傳分化水平低,遺傳變異主要存在于居群內(nèi)。遺傳相似度和聚類分析顯示,各居群間遺傳一致性很高,遺傳距離較近,親緣關(guān)系較近,并基本上依據(jù)地理距離進(jìn)行聚類。通過與其它野生薔薇比較分析發(fā)現(xiàn),環(huán)境差異對(duì)于彎刺薔薇居群的影響
