2、45。序列分析表明,克隆獲得的番荔枝AsLEAFY基因長(zhǎng)為1236bp,編碼411個(gè)氨基酸,該氨基酸序列含有5′-N端脯氨酸富集區(qū)和中央酸性區(qū),具有LEAFY(FLO)家族的典型結(jié)構(gòu)特征。同源分析表明,該氨基酸序列與多種木本植物L(fēng)EAFY類蛋白的同源性較高。進(jìn)化樹分析表明AsLEAFY與木本植物的親緣關(guān)系高于草本植物。實(shí)時(shí)定量PCR結(jié)果表明,AsLEAFY在番荔枝花發(fā)育的整個(gè)過(guò)程中都有表達(dá),在初期的花芽中表達(dá)量最高,在不同組織器官中表達(dá)量存在差異,在枝條去葉后的腋芽中的表達(dá)量最高。推測(cè)該基因在番荔枝花器官形成初期發(fā)揮重要作用。關(guān)鍵詞:番荔枝;LEAFY;花發(fā)育;表達(dá)模式中圖分類號(hào):S
