2、法研究銨態(tài)氮源與不同碳源結(jié)合,對(duì)華北平原典型小麥-玉米輪作體系土壤N2O、CO2釋放的影響。其中,碳源種類分別為葡萄糖、果膠、淀粉、纖維素、木質(zhì)素和秸稈。結(jié)果表明添加葡萄糖和果膠有效促進(jìn)了土壤N-1-1-12O的釋放,并在第1d達(dá)到最大值,分別為4039.85μgN2O-N·kg·d和2533.44μgN2O-N·kg·d-1;添加纖維素和只施秸稈處理降低了N2O釋放。施入碳源增加了CO2釋放,順序?yàn)槔w維素>淀粉>葡萄糖>果膠>秸稈>木質(zhì)素。培養(yǎng)結(jié)束后土壤中銨態(tài)氮幾乎消耗完全,除添加葡萄糖處理外,其他施碳土壤的硝態(tài)氮含量均有所增加。在培養(yǎng)前3
