1、PDCA循環(huán)在門診護(hù)理服務(wù)持續(xù)質(zhì)量改進(jìn)中的應(yīng)用效果分析李秀華濰坊市人民醫(yī)院護(hù)理部目的對(duì)門診護(hù)理服務(wù)持續(xù)質(zhì)量改進(jìn)屮PDCA循環(huán)模式的應(yīng)用效果進(jìn)行分析。方法選取2014年6月一2015年6月濰坊市人民醫(yī)院門診收治的100例患者作為研宄對(duì)象，對(duì)PDCA循環(huán)模式實(shí)施前后患者護(hù)理滿意度進(jìn)行比較，同時(shí)取門診護(hù)士28名，比較H）CA循環(huán)模式實(shí)施前后基礎(chǔ)操作合格率。結(jié)果對(duì)比H）CA循環(huán)實(shí)施前與實(shí)施后后28名護(hù)理人員基礎(chǔ)操作合格率，實(shí)施后就診指導(dǎo)（96.43%）、消毒隔離（96.43%）、藥品器械操作合格率（100.00%）明顯高于實(shí)施前，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P〈0.05）。PDCA循環(huán)模式實(shí)施后1
