1、健康教育在小兒急性腸炎護理中的應用體會賈冬梅（商丘市第一人民醫(yī)院兒一科，河南476100）【】目的:探究健康教育在小兒急性腸炎護理中的護理效果和應用價值。方法：選取我院于2014年6月至2015年2月收治的小兒急性腸炎患者60例，利用隨機法將其分為對照組和觀察組各30例，對照組患者采用常規(guī)病房護理，觀察組患者釆用常規(guī)病房護理+健康教育，觀察比較兩組患者住院時間、并發(fā)癥情況和患者家屬護理滿意度。結(jié)果：觀察組患者平均住院時間顯著短于對照組（P<0.05）,數(shù)據(jù)比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義；觀察組患者并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率為6.7
2、%,對照組患者并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率為16.7%,觀察組患者并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率明顯低于對照組（P<0.05）,數(shù)據(jù)比較差異具有統(tǒng)計學意義；觀察組患者家屬護理滿意度為96.7%,對照組患者家屬護理滿意度為80.0%,兩組患者家屬護理滿意度比較差異其有統(tǒng)計學意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論：小兒急性腸炎采用健康教育護理，可有效縮短患者住院時間，降低住院費用，且患者并發(fā)癥較少，家屬護理滿意度較高，護理效果良好，應用價值高。【關(guān)鍵詞】小兒急性腸炎；健康教育；應用效果Applicationofhealtheducationinnursing
