1、延遲在糧食供應鏈整合中的應用研究南京財經大學碩士學位論文延遲在糧食供應鏈整合中的應用研究姓名：葛海波申請學位級別：碩士專業(yè)：企業(yè)管理指導教師：吳志華2011-05?摘要在WTO后過渡期結束之后，我國的糧食行業(yè)面臨著外資糧食企業(yè)帶來的巨大沖擊。為了保證國家糧食安全和糧食行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展，做大做強糧食供應鏈至關重要。糧食供應鏈整合是增強糧食供應鏈競爭力的有效途徑，而糧食供應鏈整合，則必須在規(guī)模加工和消費者需求定制的協調上下功夫。本文從延遲應用的視角研究糧食供應鏈整合的必要性、可行性與基本要求，目標是解決糧食供應鏈面臨
2、的規(guī)模經濟與定制的協調問題。本文在梳理國內外學者關于供應鏈整合理論、延遲以及延遲與供應鏈整合互動文獻的基礎上，確立了本研究的理論依據，然后對延遲在糧食供應鏈整合中應用做了一般分析，主要分析糧食供應鏈整合必要性，延遲在糧食供應鏈整合中應用的必要性、可行性，確立延遲在糧食供應鏈整合中應用的基本流程，最后對延遲在常州大米供應鏈整合中的應用做了闡述與評價。筆者認為延遲能使糧食供應鏈整合在實現規(guī)模經濟的同時較好地滿足客戶的個性需求。本文的主要研究結論是：（1）規(guī)模生產和消費定制給糧食供應鏈整合帶來了巨大挑戰(zhàn)；（2）糧食產
