1、不同基原秦皮、香豆素單體抗菌作用對(duì)比研究:劉麗梅,王瑞海,陳琳,楊慶,翁小剛,孫建輝【摘要】目的研究4種基原秦皮提取物、5種香豆素單體、5種單體混合物、苦櫪白蠟樹樹皮已知香豆素指紋區(qū)樣品、未知成分指紋區(qū)樣品的體外抑菌作用。方法采用體外抑菌試驗(yàn)微量定量檢測(cè)方法,測(cè)定最小抑菌濃度及最低殺菌濃度。結(jié)果4種基原秦皮苦櫪白臘樹、尖葉白臘樹、白臘樹、宿柱白臘樹樹皮均有明顯抑菌、殺菌作用,抑菌強(qiáng)度依次為:宿柱白臘樹>苦櫪白臘樹>尖葉白臘樹>白臘樹。5種香豆素單體秦皮素、秦皮乙素對(duì)9種細(xì)菌均有明顯抑菌、殺菌作用,秦皮甲素、秦皮苷對(duì)金黃色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌有一定抑菌、殺
2、菌作用,抑菌作用依次為:秦皮素>秦皮乙素>秦皮甲素>秦皮苷>6,7-二甲氧基-8-羥基香豆素??鄼腊着D樹樹皮提取物對(duì)所試9種細(xì)菌均有明顯抑菌作用;單體混合物、已知香豆素指紋區(qū)樣品對(duì)金黃色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、乙型溶血性鏈球菌、綠膿桿菌、大腸桿菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌、卡他菌有明顯抑菌作用;未知成分指紋區(qū)樣品對(duì)金黃色葡萄球菌有明顯抑菌作用,對(duì)表皮葡萄球菌、甲型溶血性鏈球菌、乙型溶血性鏈球菌、大腸桿菌、沙門氏菌也有一定抑菌作用。結(jié)論秦皮抑菌強(qiáng)弱與已知香豆素成分含量高低基本一致。秦皮中苷元的抑菌作用優(yōu)于苷,5種香豆素類單體中秦皮素、秦皮乙素抑菌作用最強(qiáng)。【關(guān)鍵詞】秦
