7、、泄瀉、赤白帶下、目赤腫痛、目生翳膜等。秦皮主要含有香豆素類化學(xué)成分,如:秦皮甲素(aesculin)、秦皮乙素(aesculetion)、秦皮苷(fraxoside)、秦皮素(fraxetol)、6,7-二甲氧基-8-羥基香豆素1-2。本研究對4種基原秦皮提取物、5種香豆素單體、5種單體混合物和以苦櫪白蠟樹樹皮為代表的秦皮提取物、已知香豆素指紋區(qū)樣品、未知成分指紋區(qū)樣品進行了體外抑菌試驗,旨在闡明其抑菌、殺菌作用的強弱,為客觀地評價秦皮質(zhì)量、指導(dǎo)臨床用藥提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。1實驗材料1.1藥物4種基原
8、秦皮:苦櫪白蠟樹、尖葉白蠟樹、白蠟樹、宿柱白蠟樹樹皮提取物;5種香豆素單體:秦皮甲素、秦皮乙素、秦皮苷、秦皮素、6,7-二甲基-8-羥基香豆素(均為自制,純度>98%);以苦櫪白蠟樹為代表的秦皮提取物,5種香豆素單體混合物(按苦櫪白蠟樹提取物中各單體含量:秦皮甲素2.08%、秦皮乙素0.14%、秦皮苷0.84%、秦皮素0.37%、6,7-二甲基-8-羥基香豆素0.03%混合而成);苦櫪白蠟樹已知香豆素指紋區(qū)樣品,未知成分指紋區(qū)樣品。上述樣品以DMSO溶解,實驗前配制。1.2試劑及培
