2、行uPA,uPAR檢測,并結(jié)合臨床病理資料進(jìn)行分析.結(jié)果uPA,uPAR在肝癌組織中陽性率分別為70.4%(19/27)和77.8%(21/27);相對表達(dá)強(qiáng)度分別為0.964±0.458和0.784±0.322,均較癌旁組織及正常組織高,差異有顯著性.陽性患者相對表達(dá)強(qiáng)度與腫瘤大小及部分侵襲轉(zhuǎn)移指標(biāo)中表達(dá)呈顯著相關(guān).結(jié)論uPA,uPAR在肝癌組織及部分侵襲轉(zhuǎn)移指標(biāo)中表達(dá)升高,提示二者可能參與了肝細(xì)胞癌的發(fā)生及侵襲轉(zhuǎn)移.【關(guān)鍵詞】肝腫瘤;uPA;uPAR【中圖分類號】R735.7;R730.43【文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)識碼】A【文章
