1、梅江南精品酒店前期調(diào)研報(bào)告一、中國酒店業(yè)現(xiàn)狀1、中國星級酒店現(xiàn)存數(shù)量國家旅游局信息中心對外發(fā)布《中國旅游飯店發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、趨勢及面臨的挑戰(zhàn)》數(shù)據(jù)顯示，截至2006年底，全國星級飯店總數(shù)達(dá)到13378家.其中，五星級飯店298家，四星級飯店1400家，三星級飯店4993家，二星級飯店6027家，一星級飯店660家。?而近幾年快速增長的經(jīng)濟(jì)型連鎖酒店在06年底也達(dá)到了1000家。啟示：由以上數(shù)據(jù)信息分析得出結(jié)論，目前中國的酒店層次分布上屬于橄欖型，五星級酒店及一星級酒店所占比重很低。從酒店整體檔次上分析，目前中國酒店的整體檔次偏低，一星，二星，三星及經(jīng)濟(jì)型酒店占到了總數(shù)
