1、第II頁遼寧科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)（論文）美國對(duì)中國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品技術(shù)性貿(mào)易壁壘研究摘要農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展意義重大，但中國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口面臨越來越多的貿(mào)易壁壘，特別是美國市場(chǎng)。美國是中國最大的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易伙伴，是中國第四大農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口市場(chǎng)，但美國對(duì)中國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品設(shè)置嚴(yán)格的貿(mào)易壁壘，特別是技術(shù)性貿(mào)易壁壘。最近幾年，在關(guān)稅和配額、反補(bǔ)貼、反傾銷等傳統(tǒng)非關(guān)稅壁壘措施受到了WTO嚴(yán)格限制的情況下，以保護(hù)人類和動(dòng)植物健康及環(huán)境資源為名的技術(shù)性貿(mào)易壁壘因其具有的針對(duì)性強(qiáng)、隱蔽性好、運(yùn)用靈活等特性正逐步取代關(guān)稅和傳統(tǒng)非關(guān)稅壁壘，越來越成為各國特別是發(fā)達(dá)國家進(jìn)行貿(mào)易保護(hù)的主要政策工具和手段，對(duì)國際貿(mào)易產(chǎn)生著深遠(yuǎn)的影響。而在

6、es.moreandmorebecomethemaincountriesespeciallydevelopedcountriestotradeprotectionpolicyinstrumentsandmeans,hasafar-reachinginfluenceoninternationaltrade.Andinthefieldofinternationaltradeprotectionismprevailingagriculturalproducts,tradedisputescausedbytechnicalbarrierstotradehasbecomeanewfocus,andt
