1、第II頁遼寧科技大學本科生畢業(yè)設計（論文）美國對中國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品技術(shù)性貿(mào)易壁壘研究摘要農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口對農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展意義重大，但中國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口面臨越來越多的貿(mào)易壁壘，特別是美國市場。美國是中國最大的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易伙伴，是中國第四大農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口市場，但美國對中國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品設置嚴格的貿(mào)易壁壘，特別是技術(shù)性貿(mào)易壁壘。最近幾年，在關(guān)稅和配額、反補貼、反傾銷等傳統(tǒng)非關(guān)稅壁壘措施受到了WTO嚴格限制的情況下，以保護人類和動植物健康及環(huán)境資源為名的技術(shù)性貿(mào)易壁壘因其具有的針對性強、隱蔽性好、運用靈活等特性正逐步取代關(guān)稅和傳統(tǒng)非關(guān)稅壁壘，越來越成為各國特別是發(fā)達國家進行貿(mào)易保護的主要政策工具和手段，對國際貿(mào)易產(chǎn)生著深遠的影響。而在
2、保護主義盛行的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品國際貿(mào)易領(lǐng)域，由技術(shù)性貿(mào)易壁壘而引發(fā)的貿(mào)易糾紛己成為一個新的焦點，并對我國農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口產(chǎn)生著重要影響。為應對美國的技術(shù)性貿(mào)易壁壘，中國需要調(diào)整農(nóng)產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)，并積極利用WTO相關(guān)規(guī)則解決貿(mào)易爭端。關(guān)鍵詞：農(nóng)產(chǎn)品出口，技術(shù)性貿(mào)易壁壘，對策5.1-9,,services,andmakethecitymoreattractive,strengtheningpublictransportinvestment,establishedasthebackboneoftheurbanrailtransitmulti-level,multi-functionalpublictransports

6、es.moreandmorebecomethemaincountriesespeciallydevelopedcountriestotradeprotectionpolicyinstrumentsandmeans,hasafar-reachinginfluenceoninternationaltrade.Andinthefieldofinternationaltradeprotectionismprevailingagriculturalproducts,tradedisputescausedbytechnicalbarrierstotradehasbecomeanewfocus,andt
