3、cstosolveSino-USculturalconflictappearingonthenegotiatingtable.摘要:文化是一個民族的基本特征,通常我們把文化分為西方文化和東方文化。作為中西文化的典范—中國和美國在文化價值觀上有著千絲萬縷的差別,而這種差異又對兩國間的國際商務(wù)談判有著深遠的影響。本文研究的目的是對這兩個國家主要的文化價值觀的差異作一個分析,運用四個文化元素對跨文化商務(wù)談判的五個過程進行分析。在對中美兩國跨文化談判的理論分析之后,作者提出相關(guān)的建議來合理得解決中美商務(wù)談判的沖突。Keywords:culturaldifferenceconf
